It’s officially fall, which means it’s time to start planning some fun family activities. With its numerous outdoor attractions, Kitsap County is the perfect spot for some autumnal family fun. From apple picking and pumpkin patches to corn mazes and hay rides, there are plenty of activities that will capture your kids’ imaginations and put a smile on their faces. Here are just a few of the best places you can go this fall around Kitsap County with your little ones.

Suyematsu Farm
Suyematsu Farm on Bainbridge Island is one of the best pumpkin patches around. While most pumpkin patches in the area didn’t have their best year due to the weather, somehow Suyematsu Farm seems to have the biggest, best pumpkins I have ever seen.

Creek House Farm
Creek House Farm is a cute little farm in Port Orchard that has all sorts of fun fall activities.
Activities include:

▪️ Scavenger hunt
▪️ Pumpkin barrel ride
▪️ Tractor ride
▪️ Playground

Wilderbee Farm
Wilderbee Farm is our favorite Port Townsend pumpkin patch to visit. It’s out of Kitsap County but it’s worth the drive. While we are there, we love to go to our favorite places in Port Townsend and stop at Finnriver on the way home.
Wilderbee Farm has:

▪️ Meadery- which is a fun place to grab a drink

Have a Hoot Scavanger Hunt at Bloedel Reserve
Have a Hoot Scavenger Hunt is the perfect fall activity for the whole family. Explore the 150 acres of natural woodlands, manicured gardens, and the former Bloedel estate home at @bloedelreserve while searching for cute wooden owls, pumpkins, and squash!
If you are visiting with children, make sure to pick up a scavenger hunt map!

Bainbridge Gardens Pumpkin Walk
Bainbridge Gardens Pumpkin Walk is back for its 29th year! The Pumpkin Walk is a fun family-friendly event that goes on throughout October. Walk a trail through the woods that has hundreds of decorated pumpkins and larger vignettes. Customers are encouraged to bring their decorated pumpkins to line the trail.
The Pumpkin Walk is free. Donations to the Bainbridge Island Boys and Girls Club are accepted.
