2022 Health Goals

New year, new health goals, new possibilities! Looking for ways to improve your health in 2022? Here are some ideas on how to get started this year! 

It’s not about being perfect 100% of the time. It’s about being intentional and thoughtful about what you consume and what you expose your body to.

I hope these ideas inspire you to live a cleaner lifestyle one day at a time! My goal is to help you minimize toxins in your life while still living a sol-fed life!

Green Juice Sol Fed

Diet

  • Eat more whole foods- more fruits and veggies, less sugar, alcohol, processed foods, and toxic oils. 
  • Drink more filtered water. I recommend a Berkey or an Apec Reverse Osmosis Machine.
  • Drink a green juice or smoothie every day.

Reduce or Eliminate Toxins
