Simple Green Smoothie

Every meal you eat is another opportunity to nourish and heal your body. This simple green smoothie is a great way to flood your body with a whole bunch of nutrients.

While I see value in living life and indulging in yummy treats every once in a while, the bulk of the foods we consume should be fruits and veggies.

Smoothies are a great way to pack a whole bunch of fruits and veggies into one meal. One of my go-to smoothies is this simple green smoothie. Some choose to drink juices instead of smoothies but I prefer to make smoothies to avoid wasting so much of the fiber!

Simple Green Smoothie

Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 2


  • 1 Head Romaine
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 1 Bunch Celery
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Inch Ginger
  • 1 tsp Barley Juice Grass Extract


  • Add 1/2 cup water to blender. Wash all produce and cut into 2 inch pieces. Put all ingredients into the blender. Enjoy!
